Monday was a pretty exciting day. I found out that I would have Dr. Freeman observing me for the last time the next day and that I would have an interview to follow! The interveiw was with Dr. Rennaker for a possible positing at Tarkio! It went really well! Wednesday, Mr. Barnes came in to observe me too! What a 24 hours!Thursday and Friday were a little more calm with getting ready for the next week and even the week to follow when I wouldn't be there. The teachers are getting into the holiday spirit by putting up palm trees to decorate and preparing some fun things for the kids. Our kids are even doing a unit with The Polar Express! The week that I am gone the teachers will have something every day like wearing white and eating popcorn, thinking of snow...having an O Holy Night with donut holes and juice...wearing an ugly Christmas sweater and taking the MAP kids to see Puss In Boots, which I won't be able to go to because I'm going to babysit Tucker and Finn...Mr. & Mrs. Barnes are providing a lunch that I will be coming to...and I'm leaving an appetizer for the big Christmas dinner that I won't be able to attend because I'll be graduating!! I'm glad that the teachers still want to involve me even though I'll be done, it'll be a busy week!
I feel like Christmas is right around the corner and I don't feel very prepared, but we're getting there. We've got the trees up, just need to finish the greenery and give everything a good clean!
But before Christmas can come I have to graduate! I'll all coming to a close. I'm going to go spend a weekend with Ashley Pfeil before we graduate.
And after graduation and Christmas is the wedding! It's all just swirling around in my head...4 weeks! One month! 28 days! Such an exciting time :)
Thanks for doing all that stuff for us teachers! We really do appreciate it :). 28 days is not that far away but just keep enjoying them. There is TONS of exciting things going on in your life over these next couple of weeks! I am SO excited for you!! :)
