Monday, Brett and I had a pretty relaxing day cleaning up after Christmas and having my parents over to watch the MU game.Tuesday, we both went in to get shots to beat these colds before the wedding! We also went to St. Joe to make some Christmas returns and wedding returns. We got sliding doors for the hall, bar stools for the kitchen, a Cardinals World Series book and MU flags for when we go to games! It was fun getting to use some of our wedding money :)Wednesday, Mom and I went to the Community Building to start decorating the reception site. Ashley was already there waiting to help. We unloaded the trailer, put together some Christmas trees and put lights on them. Amber came and helped out too! We went to lunch with my dad at Wild Horse and then got back to work. Lexi's dad Bill even pitched in! Bill, Ashley and Amber hung the ceiling lights while mom and I worked on poles. Lexi came too and did some magic with the stage area. Brett and Dad came to help Bill and his hired hand set up tables and chairs. The day was a great success!
Thursday, we got done with the reception site and the church. We followed it up with going to The Wild Horse...Nichole, Amber, Amy, Ashley, Ashley, Megan, Mom and I
After a night at the apartment we were up and ready for lunch and nails...Before we knew it we had to get ready for the rehearsal! Everything went pretty smooth...dinner was yummy and now we're back at my parent's counting down the hours :)
