Saturday after graduation, Mom and Dad took me along with them to Kansas City. Dad had to pick up his suit, I had to return some bras, Mom had to exchange sizes on some gifts. However, the most exciting part was on the way there we stopped in St. Joe and I got a dinning room table! YAY!Sunday, Brett and I went to church and worked on the apartment. We also had our counseling with Pastor Glenn.
Monday, Amy and I went shopping in St. Joseph. We went to Gordmans, Michael's, and Target. It was a lot of fun! We even ate at Panera, yum! When we got back Brett and I went to Lee and Ryan's. Lee made a wonderful dinner of Shepard's pie and afterwards the kids "helped" make cake pops. The kids got a phone call from Santa! And we always stay for a movie. I just love spending time with the Harms family :)
Tuesday, Mom and I had a Christmas Date! We got to watch The Holiday, Prancer, and Four Christmases. We drank coco, ate peanut butter balls, and stayed in our PJ's.
Today we are 10 days from a wedding! The graduation count is over and the Christmas count is just about done too! I have to call the caterer and the cake lady both today. I have to send a song to our DJ and pick up somethings for our officiants. Mom had her practice hair run and now she's getting her hair colored, I had my practice hair run and now I need to get mine colored. I need to help with some finishing touches on flowers. There is a lot to do today, but I'm excited. Because in ten days I'll become someone's wife. I know that it's not all roses and sunshine, it's hard work too. We're ready, Brett waited 30 years for me and I waited 22 for him. And in TEN days, the wait will be over and two shall become one!
