Today was a GREAT fun day! We started off my going to the Me Market, I got two cute new headbands and got a feather put in my hair. There were so many raffles and I showed mom loads of Christmas gift ideas. After we sampled all we could at the Me Market and even got a free hand scrub, we headed to the Presbyterian Church for my first wedding shower! Aunt Deanna, Brooke, and Beth hosted an amazing shower. I had fun from the very first minute. We played a cute game where they had four gift bags with W, I, F, E on them. Each bag had a small kitchen utensil that started with the letter on the front of the bag. I got to keep the little goodies and go so many great gifts too! The food was amazing too! Loved every bit of it :)
After the shower I brought all of the stuff to the apartment to show Brett, we were like two kids on Christmas! I can't wait to use everything!
There are eight weeks until the wedding and I'm getting really excited! We've finally sent the invitations, my dress is being altered, the tuxes have been ordered, the girls have their attire, the cake lady is supposed to call me back, the DJ is student teaching but all lined up, and I feel like we're really on top of things! Plus, my mom has been showing me some of the decorations and she is absolutely amazing! 56 days until the "I Do's" and I can't wait!!!
