Back to school :( it was rough if this mommy to go back to school, but before I could start back with my kiddos I had a trip to take! Ashley, Nichole, and I ventured to Davenport to see Ashley :) what fun! We saw her new house, her venue for the wedding, helped make wedding favors, got our bridesmaid dresses, and had some awesome food!

Then it was back to business. We had a snow day and a two hour late start, but now we're two weeks in and I'm glad for the day off. I'll be using it around the house! Last week I packed up and went through the fall/winter decorations. This week I went through Wendy's 0-12month totes (over 12 totes!). Now I've been trying some Pinterest cleaning tips, baking soda on the mattresses, bleaching our tub caulking (never doing that again), soaking our shower/tub...I've got plans to try a pipe cleaner and buying Clorox tabs for our toilet...this place will be sparkling! I'm also going to try making our cleaning supplies to save money.

We've started the Dave Ramsey budget, I need to be better with tracking it...I've started shopping Hyvee and RP grocery store ads for meal planning, life is changing here in the Hurst house. You'd never recognize it with finance/bill binders and plans to make freezer meals and take of making our own cheese and bread...and plan for a garden :) 

Next week I turn the big 25...hmmm. To celebrate we're going to a murder mystery with both of our families.
