Last Semester at Northwest

Tonight is the night before my last first day at college. Oh sure, I'll have a first day of student teaching...but I feel like that is in a different category. Part of me didn't want to leave my Grams and the family behind. However, the other half of me was very excited to move in with Ashley, Nichole, and Savanna. I only have two classes on Monday and Wednesday for the first seven weeks of school. This means that I will have time for substitue teaching, scrapbooking, quilting, and going home to be with family.
I'm a little nervous, as always, for my first day. But I'm excited that my 22nd birthday is fastly approaching. I am also excited to spend my first Valentine's Day with Brett. Plus Ashley's 22nd Birthday, Early Childhood Practice, Spring Break, and Nichole's PR Party. It's kind of crazy to realize that once May rolls around I will be moving home...for good! I will be thinking about Nichole and Lexi's weddings. There is the whole student teaching thing and being in charge of Miss Fairfax. Plus a year from now I will be graduating! I'm kind of turning into a big kid!
The latest big kid things I've done were cleaning Brett's kitchen and living room, putting up light fixtures, and buying a sectional! We're planning on laying down flooring and painting soon :)
