Better late than never! Since Jo is about 11 months I figured I better get this post written! I'm laying here at Old Kinderhoom at Lake of the Ozarks, this our last vacation before I start working in my classroom daily preparing for the school year. I can't believe it's already August! We are 'moved in' to our new house, I use this term loosely. It basically means we have all of our stuff, we have running water and AC, there is tv/wifi, we have a functioning shower, washer/dryer hooked up, and fridge, microwave, and oven/stove are installed. Ryan is still finishing up the remodel on the first floor. We have to live a couple weeks without counter tops, kitchen sink, dishwasher, backsplash, and one cabinet. Thankfully my mom has offered to come over once we get back and help set up the house while I'm at school.
Jo is walking, almost running! She's really found her voice, and she does NOT like being told no. She loves Phyllis', but not having her diaper changed. She's on whole milk and LOVES eating!
Wendy is excited for school and dance to start back up! She got a package from her new prek teacher at her new prek!
Brett has filled a temporary city judge seat on top of all his other duties! He also starts back to reffing football next Friday. He'll miss the baby show at THE FAIR 🙁
All in all, life is busy but life is good!
